2) Then, click login to enter into the Kerala PSC Thulasi system. 

3) Then, we need to go to Admission Ticket link that is in the right hand side of our profile page.

4) After clicking on the Admission Ticket link, we can see all the available hall tickets to download for the exams. To download the Municipal Secretary and Block Panchayat Secretary Hall Ticket 2015, click on the + sign of Name of post that says Municipal Secretary and Block Panchayat Secretary - There we can see the examination details like Register No., Date & Time, Exam Center, Known Place, Rly. Station, Bus Stop/Station, Download Status etc.
